paintings work in progress

started these 2 paintings in class yesterday. This is just the first stage of oil painting- the imprimatura.

these are horrible photos of the paintings. they look way cooler in person.

    These are amazinggg. I love how surreal they feel. I just don't understand how they could look so sad with such a happy looking Frank next to them.
